Is a subscription required to purchase?
Not at all. We believe in high-quality products without the strings attached. You can buy exactly what you need, whenever you need it, with no recurring charges or commitments.
How long does shipping take within the US?
Most orders reach our US customers within 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification so you know exactly when your sustainable rolls will arrive.
Please expect a processing time of 2-3 business days for orders placed.
Can I track my order?
Yes, order tracking is standard for every purchase. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Customers have 48 hours to inform us after delivered date if there's any damage or defects incurred during the transit.
Refund will be provided only in a form of store credit/exchange upon presenting clear photos and videos within 48 hours
Cancellation Policy
We require to be notified of cancellation request to the email below within 24 hours after placing your order to get your full refund in your original payment method. Your refund should be issued within 14 days. However, processing may take longer under certain circumstances.
We cannot cancel your order after 24 hours of being placed.
Is your bamboo paper free from bleach and PFAS?
Absolutely. Our bamboo fibers are processed without elemental chlorine (bleach) or forever-chemicals like PFAS. It's clean, safe, and naturally soft for sensitive skin.
